Explanation

Contains detail information about proposals that are "at rest", that is, no longer actively working their way through the CIM workflow.

Common Uses

  • Track changes to a course or a program, over multiple proposal iterations.
  • Find proposals reviewed in a specific Committee Term.
  • Find all proposals requested by a specific person.

Cautions

  • Contains multiple rows per proposal. The most recently approved record has the MOST_RECENTLY_APPROVED_YN flag set to 'Y'.
  • In order to get additional details, you will need to know the type of proposal you are looking at, and join to the relevant *_HISTORY table using PROPOSAL_HISTORY_ID.
