Last_Refresh_Date Indexed - no Format - Date May be Null? Y	The date this record was last refreshed in the Data Warehouse.
Retired Indexed - no Format - Varchar2(800) May be Null? Y	Flag indicating whether the code is not longer actively being used in Curriculum Management. Retired codes will have a value of 'Y' in this column.
