Explanation

Contains detail information about proposals for changes to Foundational Approaches assigned to courses, for proposals that are "at rest", that is, no longer actively working their way through the CIM workflow.

Common Uses

  • Track the changes to details about a Foundational Approach/course proposal over multiple versions.
  • Find proposals that were planned to be reviewed in a specific Committee Term.

Cautions

  • Foundational Approaches are course attributes used by the School of Arts and Sciences.
  • Can contain multiple rows per proposal: the most recently approved proposal for the Foundational Approach/course will have the MOST_RECENTLY_APPROVED_YN flag set to 'Y'.
  • The most recently approved row can be a duplicate of an archived row.
