CM_COURSE_HISTORY Table

Explanation

Contains detail information about proposals for changes to Courses, for proposals that are "at rest", that is, no longer actively working their way through the CIM workflow.

Common Uses

  • Track the changes to details about a Course proposal over multiple versions.
  • Find courses that were planned to be reviewed in a specific Committee Term.

Cautions

  • Can contain multiple rows per proposal: the most recently approved proposal for the course will have the MOST_RECENTLY_APPROVED_YN flag set to 'Y'.
  • The most recently approved row can be a duplicate of an archived row.
  • The most recently approved row can also contain the same information as a row in CM_COURSE_CURRENT_PROPOSAL that has a status of 'complete.'
