| Automated_Entry_Status |
Indicates whether the record was successfully sent to SRS via the automated interface.
Values:
Success = record was sent to SRS via the interface without error
Failed = record contained an error and was not sent to SRS via the interface
Pending = The record has been sent and has yet to be confirmed loaded. |

A code for the Apply Yourself school from which the record originated.

The 4-character SRS code for the major, also known as the Graduate Group, into which the student is matriculating. |

If the record was not sent via the automated interface, it may have been manually entered.

Names are stored in this table/view in Title Case, and are converted to upper case when sent to SRS. The Name cannot contain any non-alpha characters with the exception of a '-' for hyphenated names. |

The full text name of the city in the applicant's permanent address. |

The applicant's 10 digit phone number, including area code. This is not validated, and may not contain the area code, and in some cases may not contain the full phone number. |

If the applicant has an international phone number, this will contain the phone city code part of the phone number. |
