Prog_Key
|
A system-assigned number that defines an academic program, using the elements SCHOOL, DEGREE, PROGRAM and (optionally) CONCENTRATION coming from the source admissions system.. See also Program_Key in the gradadm.ga_application table.

| School |
A 2, 3, or 4 character code identifying the AY school or other admitting school. This is not the standard SRS School code, and it does not uniquely identify a school: there can be more than one code representing a school. |
| Degree |
A text field with the name of the degree, as sent by AY or other admissions system. This is not the standard SRS Degree code, and it does not uniquely identify a degree: there can be more than one text name for a degree. Format is Varchar2(100) |
| Program |
A text field with the name of the program as sent by AY or other admissions system. Format is Varchar2(100) |
| Concentration |
A text field with the name of the concentration, if any, as sent by AY or other admissions system. This is not the standard SRS Concentration code, and it does not uniquely identify a concentration: there can be more than one text name for a concentration. Format is Varchar2(100) |
| SRS_School |
The SRS 2-byteSchool code to which this program is being mapped. |
| SRS_Division |
The SRS 3-byte Division code to which this program is being mapped. |
| SRS_Degree |
The SRS 3-byte Degree code to which this program is being mapped. |
