CN_ACAD_HISTORY_HS Table - Data Element Index

note: in the Business Objects Grad Admissions Reporting universe, the data elements in this table are found in the Academic History HS class.

Data element Definition
Application_Key

An identifying number for an application, assigned in the data warehouse.
Expected_HS_End A date in MM/YYYY format, the expected end date at the High School.
HS_City The High School city.
HS_Country The 2-character code for the High School country.
HS_Country_Desc The High School country.
HS_From_Date A date in MM/YYYY format, High School start date.
HS_Name The name of the High School.
HS_State The US state 2-character code of the High School. Note: field allows free-form un-validated text.
HS_To_Date A date in MM/YYYY format, the High School end date.
Rec_Number

Sequence number based on how the data were entered in the source system; It does NOT indicate a priority or chronological order. For example, if an applicant attended two High Schools, there would be two records in this table, with Rec_Numbers 1 and 2.
