How can I copy a specific data value from a table, so I can paste it into something outside BusinessObjects? For example, I don’t want to have to keep re-typing the PennID when looking up a person in SRS.
You can only do this when you have Applet set in your Preferences: Right click on the specific data value, select Copy, then go to your outside application and paste it.
Note: If you are not authorized to use Applet, an alternative is to export the report to Excel, then copy/paste from Excel.
